Here is what I have had to eat today:
1 egg with toast and OJ
Watermelon and Honeydew Melon
Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
PB&J Sandwich
Mixed Nuts
And Im starving. Rightfully so, yes? I haven't had much to eat, but Im going out to dinner tonight with a dear friend and "saving" room for our get together. We're headed to Cheesecake Factory where I will have the Chopped Salad. YUM! Unless she wants to share a cheesecake I will skip dessert since Im bound to have a basket full of carbs (aka bread) with dinner.
How do you stop yourself from overeating when dining out?

I am so insanely jealous right now. A) the Factory chopped salad is my favorite healthy option as CF B) You KNOW she'll make you have dessert with her and C) please eat 2 loaves of bread for me (with the five butters I'll be missing out on!)

ReplyDeleteI'm not much help because I always overeat at restaurants. That is one of my downfalls. If I'm going out, I want to enjoy myself. Otherwise I might as well stay home. I need to change that attitude if I ever want to successfully keep weight off. Have a great dinner tonight!
ReplyDeleteAsk them to pack half your dinner in a to-go container before they bring it out... Some places will look at you a little funny, but it might help... :-)
